So thrilled to share these fun and whimsical paintings I did for Francois Frankie, a french-themed bar/restaurant that just opened in downtown Chicago! Frankie, their mascot, finds himself champagne-drunk, gallivanting around in these fairy tale scenarios. His laissez-faire demeanor makes him the star of each scene. I couldn’t have been more honored to be asked to do these, by the world-famous 555 International, who designed these paintings to be atop a moving carousel bar feature!

Francois Frankie is located on 222 W. Randolph Street, and is open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

David Bowie nesting dolls from 2016 and Women of Rock nesting dolls from 2015.  Hand painted donations both years, for Foundations of Music charity auction in Chicago.  The Bowie dolls sold at auction for $1,537.  The Women of Rock dolls sold at auction for $785.

My hydrant was featured in the plaza at Navy Pier last year, 2013.
